STATE-OF-THE-ART EQUIPMENT
Our leading-edge machinery allows us to roll form thicknesses of up to 5/8”, while accommodating coils up to 68” wide. We can work with mild, high-strength and ultra-high strength steels—both uncoated and galvanized—as well as aluminum and stainless steel.
LEADING SECONDARY OPERATIONS
In addition to roll forming, we offer extensive machining and metal assembly services, including punching, notching and welding. We use state-of-the-art equipment like the PythonX, a multi-axis robotic plasma cutter, and our automated Nailable Steel Floor weld line, to provide unparalleled solutions and full-service support through every stage of the roll forming process.
